Mr. Bolling heads the firm?s Real Estate Services Division. He has 16 years of
experience as a real estate professional in the Washington Metropolitan area. Mr.
Bolling assists property owners, developers, landlords and tenants to negotiate
commercial and residential transactions on a variety of property types.
Mr. Bolling began his career as a sales associate with Shannon & Luchs (Weichert
Realtors). Later, as Director of Housing Production for the Marshall Heights
Community Development Organization (MHCDO) he oversaw the development of new
and renovated residential home sales to first-time home buyers receiving downing
payment assistance through the District of Columbia?s Home Purchase Assistance
Program (HPAP). Following Law School, Anthony joined Barrueta & Associates (which
later merged with Carey Winston) one of the largest Commercial Real Estate
Brokerage firms in the Washington Metropolitan Area. As an Associate, he
represented office Building owners, developers and tenants to negotiate commercial
leases in Prince Georges County, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Bolling has developed extensive relationships throughout multiple District of
Columbia Government agencies. He is the former Director of the D.C. Chamber of
Commerce Marketing Center, he is also a current member of the D.C. Board of Real
property Assessments and Appeals, were he chairs a three member panel reviewing
commercial office building and hotel owner?s real property tax appeals. Prior to joining
the WLG, Mr. Bolling was a principal in the firm of Bolling & Bolling, a boutique
practice that represented individual and corporations before the landlord and tenant,
Bankruptcy, Probate and Small Claims divisions of the D.C. Superior Court and
Maryland Courts of Appeals.
Mr. Bolling earned his BA from the University of Virginia, where he was a three-year
letterman in football under legendary head coach George Welsh. His JD is from the
District of Columbia School of law. He is a licensed real estate broker in both Maryland
and the District.
